Responsibilities - Sales Associate:
- Help customers select and purchase a Motorcycle that meets their needs
- Explain and demonstrate features on test drives
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
Qualification - Sales Associate:
- Sales Experience is preferred (not required)
- Motorcycle endorsement is preferred (not required)
- Self-motivated - We look for personality, tenacity, reliability, and coachability
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and social media skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Can lift 50 lbs. and comfortable learning to move heavy weight Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
