Primary Activities And Responsibilities.
- Consults and provides administrative solutions for executives and their teams.
- Works independently while collaborating with executive administrative team and with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to o rganize meetings and events, while maintaining company best practices and brand consistency
- Coordinates and follows up on highly confidential and sensitive information, directing responses in compliance with company directives via email, written correspondence and or virtually.
- Proactive management of complex calendars and scheduling to support teams based on a thorough understanding of business priorities.
- Organizes, creates and or prepares meeting materials.
- Performs other administrative tasks as assigned such as ordering supplies, distributing mail, expense reports and invoices.
- Associate degree/2-year Degree
- 5 or more years of administrative experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 3 or more years of office experience
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work in a demanding environment.
- Interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations while demonstrating poise, good judgement, and tact.
- Ability to communicate (written and verbally) and work collaboratively with other executive department staff, employees of all levels of the company and external stakeholders to accomplish organizational goals.
- Focused on delivering results, attention to detail, organization skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to work with reports, to prepare and coordinate mailings for large groups and to create and work within PDF documents.
- Software application (i.e., Oracle Financials, SAP) skills for expense reporting and invoice processing
