Position Summary:
- Provides client and account management support to Executives and the Sales Team to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness of account management activities. In addition to the client and account management activities, this position is also responsible for general administrative support of the team. Acts in accordance with Company guidelines, client needs, legislative requirements and team priorities
- Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide account management support, including: Obtaining pricing from vendors, carriers, information sharing; maintaining contact information and distribution lists; assisting with client data requests.
- Helping the executive with tasks such as scheduling, email management, and phone calls
- Organizing documents, maintaining records, and taking notes at meetings.
- Acting as a gatekeeper and managing communications and confidentiality.
- Performing administrative duties such as answering phones, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings
- Managing Policy and Procedures
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships.
- Manage and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information, demonstrating discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and other events, guaranteeing a flawless and professional experience.
- Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by senior executives, showcasing adaptability, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Sales reporting; updating/creating sales and client information tools; organizing, coordinating, researching and overseeing client projects.
- Assist with typical day-to-day administrative duties for the Sales team including: Drafting correspondence; typing, proofreading and editing documents; preparing client presentations; maintaining calendar and scheduling meetings;
- Perform other similar and related duties as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a professional services environment and providing support to multiple parties simultaneously.
- Highly developed sense of professionalism, maturity, integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to interface with clients effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational/project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-caliber results.
- Ability to understand complex situations and effectively resolve issues.
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; able to easily navigate and locate information on various software and websites.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and technical procedures.
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary.
- Candidates will be subject to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
