Director of Human Resources

Location: La Mirada, CA- Orange County/LA County Border

Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000 Base Salary Bonuses PTO, 401k Matching and other Comprehensive Benefits

Position Overview

The Director of Human Resources will lead and direct all HR activities, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and overseeing talent acquisition and retention efforts to foster a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
• Design and manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide support to management on HR policy, procedures, and practices.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to improve HR functions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience with a focus on strategic leadership.
• Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in payroll management is a requirement.
• Background in manufacturing or aerospace industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
