Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide support to management on HR policy, procedures, and practices.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to improve HR functions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience with a focus on strategic leadership.
- Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in payroll management is a requirement.
- Background in manufacturing or aerospace industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
