Job Description

CyberCore Technologies is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of cleared (up to TS / SCI with polygraph) and uncleared billable and corporate full-time IT positions, focusing on software / systems engineering, system administration, and logistics. This role involves building relationships with all management levels, including program management, business development, security, and accounting / finance, as well as customer hiring and staffing managers. The ideal candidate will use independent judgment, creative and analytical problem-solving abilities, and develop and maintain recruitment performance metrics.

Responsibilities Include

  • Full life cycle recruitment for cleared (up to and including TS / SCI with poly) billable positions, primarily in the areas of software / systems engineering, system administration, local support IT technicians, logistics
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates for various IT positions
  • Lead the upfront involvement with hiring manager to fully understand the role, to outline the job description and understand knowledge, skills and ability requirements
  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Work with managers and other team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies and ensure practices follow HR regulatory compliance
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Source passive candidates using selective postings, boards, professional networks and other recruiting resources
  • Proactive network in chosen markets building strong relationships across industries
  • Conduct referral tracking for potential and current employees
  • Assist in a variety of department and companywide projects, including employee surveys, applicant tracking, department audits, diversity projects, job enrichment / education and department research / metrics
  • Participate in corporate job fair, marketing, social networking, and advertising events

Required Skills

  • 4 years of  p roven experience in full life cycle recruitment, particularly within the intelligence community or a similar high-security environment
  • Must have experience working within a prime and sub-contracting positions
  • Ability to work with candidates who have or are pursuing high-level security clearances (e.g., TS / SCI with polygraph)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions
  • Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human resources or a related field
  • Established network of contacts within the intelligence and defense sectors
  • Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the organization's long-term hiring needs

    The salary range for this role is $87,000 - $120,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
