Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients and contractors via phone and in-person interactions.
Offer biweekly status updates to clients and contractors to keep them informed about project progress.
Manage orders and track materials to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
Foster strong relationships with vendors by following up on ETAs and addressing any issues that may arise with orders or materials.
Support email marketing efforts and monitor social media platforms to stay connected with clients and promote company services.
Maintain organized filing systems and provide administrative support as needed.
Stay proficient in Google Drive, email management, and basic administrative tools to efficiently manage daily tasks.
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, administrative support, or interior design is highly valued but not required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in Google Drive and other productivity tools.
