SCHEDULING COORDNATOR/RECEPTIONIST TEMPORARY
We are a fast- paced, digital dental specialty practice seeking a professional, efficient, upbeat & kind scheduling coordinator to fill in for a team member on a planned leave of absence from approximately mid October- end of February. Must have outstanding verbal communication, attention to detail, strong typing and computer skills, initiative to follow up on openings and outstanding customer service skills. Will work alongside experienced administrative team members. Primary duties include: scheduling new and hygiene patients, patient check in/out, record collection for new patients, letter typing, receptionist duties managing electronic files. Other responsibilities include, various clerical tasks and supporting team members, as needed. Room for growth with demonstrated successes. Dental experience a plus, though willing to train the right person. Compensation commensurate with education & experience. M-TH 7:45a-5p- Fridays 8a-1p. We are looking for full-time but will consider a modified schedule to suit candidate and office.
