We are a rapidly growing nationwide staffing firm based out of Parma, OH, specializing in temporary and permanent placements in the dental industry.
We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our corporate sales team. This specialist will act as a liaison between our candidates and our clients in order to match candidates with the appropriate skills based on client needs.
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria :
Skills :
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and can adapt quickly.
- Has proficient computer skills, onsite training for our custom recruiting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications / Education :
- Sales and / or Recruiting experience is a plus.
- Customer Service experience is a plus.
- College Degree preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for external clients and temporary staff force.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Cultivate leads for new prospects.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing clients.
- Responsible for organizing and scheduling client appointments and sales visits.
- Some travel required.
Compensation / Hours :
- Based on experience
- Must be available Monday Friday 8a to 5p
- Position is not remote. Must be available to work out of Parma, OH.
