What you must have…
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checks figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper coding
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and assure compliance with company and other applicable policies and procedures
- Reconciles or notes and reports discrepancies found in records
- Receives, records and banks cash, checks and vouchers
- Classifies, records and summarizes numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers
- Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations
- Verified calculations for general ledger accounts including receivable and payable entries
- Compiles statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses
- Codes documents according to company procedures
- Coordinate interaction with other departments. (Sales, Parts, Service)
- Must be forward looking and forward thinking –always evaluating and looking at what we do, why, and what we could do to improve
- Respond to each and every inquiry and request in a timely manner
- Perform reception and other administrative duties as needed
- Answer phones and provided direct assistance to clients

- Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Must have the ability and confidence to effectively interface with clients and team members
- Be punctual, productive and present during the assigned office hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year experience
- Preferred education Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
