Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly while working alongside a dedicated and passionate team. You will assist the Director in day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, organizing, data entry, and miscellaneous administrative tasks while adhering to all company policies and procedures. They will be responsible for maintaining open communication with the Executive Assistant and Director of Processing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize paperwork, records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Scan, organize, and maintain batch records and other essential production documents
- Assist with data entry, file maintenance, and administrative record-keeping
- Handle office-related purchases, such as supplies and small equipment, ensuring budget adherence
- Coordinate and process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor communications as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including scheduling, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects
- Maintain office organization, including digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with correspondence, internal communications, and document preparation
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned to support office efficiency
- Assisting other departments as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, clerical work, or a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Requirements:
- Valid State-issued government lD
- 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check, no felonies
- Must have reliable transportation
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in a clerical environment
- Good practical experience with MS Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy
- Ability to efficiently navigate and understand digital processes
- Fast and precise data entry skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM Full Time with 40-hour commitment weekly
Experience:
- Cannabis 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
