We’re Duft Watterson, an Ad Age Small Agency of the Year and a 1% For The Planet member, headquartered in Boise and serving clients across the U.S. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll be part of an inspired team of marketing writers, artists, strategists, and digital natives who develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
This seasonal, part-time contract position fills a current employee’s leave of absence from May through August. You’ll work directly with our Associate Media Director and Operations Manager, providing financial and administrative support to the media department. Responsibilities include media invoice collection, broadcast matching, invoice verification, and reconciliations.
The role requires 50–80 hours per month, with the majority of work concentrated between the 1st and 15th, ensuring that all client media invoicing is completed and distributed by mid-month.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and input, all media accounts payables (AP)
- Match broadcast invoicing to confirm orders ran correctly and help troubleshoot when they don’t
- Match credit card charges to insertion orders
- Keep records for all media vendors up-to-date
- Collect and maintain up to date W9s and remit addresses for all media vendors
- Monitor payment updates from vendors
- Compile and alphabetize all invoices for client invoice processing
- Alert Operations Manager when new invoices come in for all pre-billed media for timely media vendor payment processing
Required Qualifications:
- Resume demonstrating AP proficiency
- High school degree, associates degree preferred
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and processing skills
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office and Google Suites
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports is a plus
- Experience with Advantage accounting software is a plus
Pay:
- $20 - $27 per hour, based on experience
