Position Overview:
We seek an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder with an excellent opportunity to become the Chief of Staff at Elixre Studio over the next few years. We need this individual to have a keen eye for detail, an intuitive grasp of marketing and social media, and a proactive approach to online research and lead generation. This role will serve as the backbone for our design and creative studio, ensuring that all administrative, marketing, and research tasks are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
There are three key areas of responsibility:
A) General Admin Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for studio executives.
- Coordinate communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, phone calls, and office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
B) Social Media & Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Manage and schedule posts across our social media platforms.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for event planning and promotional activities.
C) Online Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, market trends
- Generate qualified leads for the design and creative studio team.
- Stay updated with the latest design and film industry news
- Assist in creating presentations and pitches for prospective clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in an executive support role, marketing, or social media management.
- Strong proficiency with Google Docs and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the design and film industry is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
