Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Assist in managing the operations of our skilled nursing facility (SNF), including nursing, housekeeping, maintenance, life enrichment, and dietary services.
- Team Development: Support staff management—hire, train, coach, and provide feedback to ensure high morale and performance across departments.
- Compliance and Quality: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards (federal, state, and CMS guidelines) while monitoring daily operations for efficiency and quality.
- Resident Care and Relations: Ensure that residents receive compassionate, person-centered care while fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and the broader community.
- Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial operations, helping to monitor census, expenses, and revenues, and take necessary actions to ensure fiscal health.
- Emergency Preparedness: Lead the development of emergency procedures and training, ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents and staff.
