Job Title: Sales Admin
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM
Pay: $20 to $25
Job Description:
- Respond to Customer inquiries (order status, shipping information, initial CRM issues, etc.)
- Review and confirm booked orders
- In conjunction with the Customer Service Supervisor, support daily activities of the Inside Sales
- Monitor and update assigned Customer Portals
- Process Purchase Orders and Change Orders through the electronic filing system
- Advise Production Control department of various customer needs daily
- Interface regularly with other departments within the company to expedite and service orders
Requirements
- Highly proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Internet
- Knowledge of computer systems/manufacturing software programs such as JobBoss or Docuware is a plus
- Proficient communication skills, emphasis on email writing
- Comfortable working independently
