Part-Time Bookkeeping / Office Assistant
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 10 am – 3 pm. Potential to grow into a F/T role

ENECON is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping/Office Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive, small-office environment and is comfortable managing both bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices and perform A/R & A/P data entry in QuickBooks
- Assist with business-to-business collections and follow-up communications
- Track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and sales tax exemption documentation
- Conduct credit checks for new and existing customers
- Answer incoming calls and route messages professionally
- Perform general office duties including scanning, copying, mailing, and filing invoices and payment records
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Professional communication and phone manner
- Dependable with a strong record of attendance
