Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Description

Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals with complex conditions

Monitor patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and neurological status

Administer medications, blood products, and IV therapies including titrated drips

Operate and manage advanced life support equipment (ventilators, central lines, etc.)

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Respond to emergencies and provide advanced life-saving interventions (e.g., Code Blue)

Accurately document assessments, care plans, and responses in the EMR

Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

Other duties as assigned
