This position is for an Office Manager in a family investment office. It will begin as part-time and have the ability to grow with demand. Office hours and a set schedule are required when acclimating to the position.

The position will include quickbooks, coding, organizational skills, self-motivation, task-oriented, communication skills, as well as general social media and marketing skills. Candidates must have a finance background.

With the position's opportunity for internal growth candidates should look at this as an opportunity to grow with a company, and not an internship or short-term position. The company has a demonstrated solid track record since 2001 and focuses on creative projects in multiple sectors.

The position is available January 1, 2025 or can be flexed to fit a transition time for the right candidate, and will offer an hourly wage with eligibility for bonus opportunity!

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and maintain a professional phone etiquette.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support marketing efforts through social media management and communication tasks.
  • Maintain organized office operations and assist with QuickBooks and office management duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational and clerical abilities
  • Experience in customer service and administrative roles
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry tasks
  • Experience with social media management and marketing is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
