- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

- Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and listening
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property & Casualty license or may assist in getting license within 90 days
- Life & Health license

- Currently possess General Lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health License

- Pleasant and professional telephone manner
- Respond to inquiries & sales requests in a specified time frame
