📍 We’re Hiring: Survey Manager – Glenville, WV
We are looking for a highly skilled Survey Manager to oversee survey projects from concept to completion. This is your opportunity to lead field crews, work on impactful projects in the oil & gas industry, and collaborate with engineers and technical experts across disciplines.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage full lifecycle of survey projects: budgeting, planning, execution & reporting
✔️ Supervise and mentor field crews and junior staff
✔️ Review and validate survey results before client submission
✔️ Coordinate project priorities across branch offices
✔️ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
✔️ Work with engineers and integrate survey data into designs
✔️ Utilize GIS and Carlson Survey CAD for accurate data analysis and design schematics
🎯 Must-Have Qualifications:
✔️ WV Professional Surveyor License (additional licenses a plus)
✔️ 10 years of experience in land surveying
✔️ Proficiency in Carlson Survey CAD and GIS software
✔️ Leadership skills to manage crews, delegate tasks, and support team growth
✔️ In-depth knowledge of surveying standards, ALTA/boundary surveys, and construction layout
🌟 Nice to Have:
✔️ Experience in Oil & Gas Industry – road & well pad design, construction layout
✔️ Strong client relationship & communication skills
✔️ Experience with multi-location coordination and operational efficiency
