Bookkeeper

We are seeking a professional Bookkeeper to join a growing team in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent/Direct Hire position.

Job Description:

• Process client books on a monthly basis
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax returns
• Assist with tax return preparation as well as provide administrative support for office activities
• Process client books including preparing bank reconciliations
• Prepare payroll and other monthly journal entries
• Maintain depreciation schedules
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax returns
• Provide general administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls and meeting with clients
• Assist with document control, management of incoming client documents via secure email or portal.

Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Adobe Acrobat
• Attention to detail

Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $65,000
• Permanent/Direct Hire
