Detailed description:

You will work in a relaxed, but fast-paced environment making a significant impact on the operations at Firstar. Our primary focus is someone that is highly organized and has a sharp attention to detail. Some of the other responsibilities include:

· Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing (low volume)

· Scanning/electronically filing invoices and other accounting documentation

· Maintain and organize a master list of open order confirmations and new part quotes with current statuses, following-up as needed with the correct internal individuals and assisting as needed

· Monitor and correct daily router operations to ensure quantities and times have been input correctly

· Monitor all customer correspondence to ensure accuracy and all of the customer's questions have been answered thoroughly by internal individuals

· Assisting with job scheduling to ensure adequate workflow on machines

· Manage the shared email account, distributing emails as necessary to internal individuals

· Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of Excel and Outlook

· Highly organized, sharp attention to detail

Preferences:

· Worked in a manufacturing environment

· ERP experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Brunswick, OH 44212: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Outlook: 2 years (Required)
