Essential Duties and Functions:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple small business clients
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end reconciliations
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports
- Collaborate with business owners to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in accounting or a related field
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts
