Temp Sample Assistant - Fashion Brand

Our client, a leading fashion brand, is seeking a Sample Assistant to join their New York team on a temp basis. This role is 30-40 hours per week, based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate samples for all wholesale PDP shoot needs
• Coordinate order and copy form review between Marketing and Sales teams
• Compile links for all partner image needs: PDP & editorial
• Ensure implementation of wholesale copy and imagery changes
• Maintain the editorial image tracker
• Ensure new images go live at the beginning of the season and old images from the prior season are removed on a quarterly basis
• Act as a conduit between the Marketing & Sales teams to ensure that styles featured in ad campaigns are on track for launch on partner sites
• Flag issues to Marketing team if they arise
• Complete digital audit of price changes across partner sites
• Review markdowns on-site and call out as required
• Other projects to support the wholesale team as needed

Qualifications:

• 1 years of relevant fashion experience - background in wholesale, marketing, retail sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
• Concise communication skills
• Ability to work on site in Manhattan
• Great attention to detail
