I am helping a #1 name company top grade several leadership roles. Looking for Director of Ops & Plant Managers for multiple sites.

- Disrupter
- Walk the floor, "go see“ culture, servant leader, lead by example, teach to fish
- Leadership over large plant or plants (>200 associates)
- High volume, complex labor-paced assembly experience
- Industry agnostic: clients seeks more of culture match than similar product experience
- Promotable to multi-site
- BS in Engineering preferred (BSME, BSChemEng, BSIE) MBA would be nice
