Salary:
Base Salary: $60,500 - 63,000 /year DOE
Duties and Responsibilities: (*Essential functions)
Territory Management:
- Engage with clients and prospects to process orders, address inquiries, and deliver exceptional service. *
- Maximize sales potential by understanding client needs and offering tailored product solutions. *
Order Management:
- Handle all aspects of orders, including sampling, returns, and client qualification. *
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of orders into the system within 24 hours. *
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Coordinate with departments such as sampling and warehouse operations to meet client needs.
- Keep Account Executives updated on new product offerings and client feedback. *
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent sales growth. *
- Proactively contact clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and achieve sales goals.
Client Services Representative:
- Educate clients on product offerings and resolve inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
- Create customized pricing, discounts, and proposals based on client needs. *
Travel and Event Support:
- Travel as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and assist Account Executives. *
Backup Support:
- Provide support to the Customer Service Team and Receptionist as required.
Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about market trends, product updates, and new technologies to enhance client interactions. *
Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:
Education/Experience:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with one to two years of customer service or sales experience.
- Alternatively, five years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, website navigation, and SAP.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- The role involves sitting, using hands, and communicating regularly, with occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 15 pounds.
