We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our visionary CEO. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive executive support by managing the CEO's calendar, appointments, and schedule with accuracy.
- Coordinate and finalize business meetings, travel plans, and event logistics seamlessly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Craft and oversee email communications and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
- Provide business operations support through research, data compilation, and preparation of meeting briefs.
- Assist in managing sensitive business and legal documents, ensuring confidentiality.
- Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and essential business initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, franchisees, and external partners effectively.
- Handle personal errands and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Manage household scheduling, vendor interactions, and personal appointments as necessary.
- Assist in organizing events, reservations, and travel logistics for personal engagements.
- Contribute to project management and coordination of strategic initiatives.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and key business documentation.
- Liaise with key executives, franchisees, medical professionals, and business associates to foster collaboration.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A high degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
- Tech-savvy, with a capability to manage digital communications and scheduling software effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure, anticipate needs, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a C-level executive or business owner is required.
