Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive AI adoption, ensuring organizations transition smoothly to AI-enhanced workflows while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Establish scalable onboarding, training, and ongoing success management processes that align with healthcare practices and compliance standards.
- Identify and monitor key success metrics related to clinical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice ROI, creating informative dashboards that illustrate the real-world impact of our AI solutions.
- Work alongside our medical leadership team, including co-Chief Medical Officers, to ensure alignment of success strategies with clinical best practices and healthcare delivery objectives.
- Optimize the customer journey by mapping the transition from traditional care methods to AI-enabled service delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead the Voice of Healthcare program to collect, analyze, and respond to feedback from clinicians and staff, informing product development and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to lay a strong foundation for scalability, including the creation of healthcare-specific playbooks and best practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success roles, with at least 2 years dedicated to managing strategic accounts or leading customer success teams.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and implement plans that yield measurable business outcomes.
- Proven expertise in optimizing and scaling customer success processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to articulate customer value and ROI.
- Capacity to navigate cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across various levels.
- Experience in leading organizations through technological transitions effectively.
- Technical proficiency in articulating the value of AI technologies within healthcare settings.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
