Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, in line with the organization's long-term objectives.
- Oversee daily operations across various geothermal and construction sites, ensuring effective resource allocation, safety adherence, and quality control.
- Plan and prepare projects with a timeline extending from 6 to 24 months, aligning the team to meet future objectives.
- Foster collaboration with internal departments and external partners to guarantee consistency in operational strategies and timely project completion.
- Assess performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and initiate necessary improvements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and satisfaction.
- Mentor and lead regional operations teams, nurturing a culture centered on performance, accountability, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and perform incident analysis in conjunction with the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects efficiently to meet established deadlines and uphold operational standards.
- Discover and implement best practices aimed at boosting operational efficiency and optimizing resources, thereby contributing to overall profitability.
- Strong project planning abilities with a focus on forecasting operational requirements and managing diverse priorities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, alongside a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Familiarity with operational principles and industry best practices in geothermal or drilling operations.
- OSHA 30 certification is required (or the willingness to complete it within the first 90 days).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing multi-site or regional operations, ideally within geothermal drilling, construction, or the oil and gas sector.
- Proven track record in managing multiple operations and sites effectively.
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various locations as necessary.

- Compensation for this role ranges from \(200,000 to \)250,000 annually, with the opportunity for an annual discretionary bonus.
