Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing operational productivity and accomplishing project objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to high-performing teams across various project locations.
- Strategically plan and organize projects for the forthcoming 6-24 months to ensure preparedness for success.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying and applying industry best practices.
- Guarantee adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing multi-site operations within construction, geothermal drilling, or the oil and gas industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proven strategic thinking skills with a strong track record in effective project planning and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- A genuine passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in operations management.
