Position Overview
As a Company Management Fellow, you will work in collaboration with the Assistant Production Manager to nurture relationships between the theatre and its artists. Your responsibilities will encompass facilitating travel, hospitality, housing, and gym membership for artists. You will engage directly with actors, designers, directors, and playwrights while collaborating with the Production Management team to establish a comfortable and safe atmosphere for each production team. Additionally, you will assist the Artistic and General Management in producing a six-show season and support special events as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for artists, including travel arrangements and hospitality services.
- Manage institutional housing, book accommodations, coordinate local transport, and address maintenance requests.
- Prepare onboarding materials for first rehearsals and ensure rehearsal spaces, greenrooms, and dressing rooms are well-stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to schedule maintenance vendors and communicate with artists regarding vendor visits.
- Support Studio Events by organizing artist gifts, meal catering, and technical craft services.
- Remain on-call for artist emergencies and conduct weekly check-ins with visiting artists.
- Assist in preparing spaces for rehearsals and events as needed.
- Contribute to tracking and reconciling expenditures and budgeting throughout the season.
- Serve as Assistant Company Manager for mainstage shows and as Company Manager for Readings and Workshops.
- Engage in company culture by participating in team-building activities and community partnerships related to gym membership and accommodation.
- Support Production Management with administrative tasks and engage in ongoing anti-racism initiatives.
- Participate in seminars and training as part of the Fellows in Residence Program.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, with attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with diverse groups of individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
