Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Process orders accurately while addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Perform data entry for various order channels including email, phone, and online platforms.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while accomplishing all job responsibilities efficiently.
- Reach out to potential customers to establish new business relationships.
- Occasionally represent the company at industry networking events and trade shows.
- Be prepared to assist with various warehouse tasks as needed, including quality assurance and customer pickups and returns.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in computer and internet usage.

- Capability to manage high-pressure situations with composure.

- Flexible schedule with availability from Monday to Saturday, including extended shifts during peak periods.

- Starting Rate: $16.00 per hour, with the potential for monthly New Customer Bonuses and a transition to a salaried position for the right candidate.
