Key Responsibilities
- Direct and cultivate partner relationship processes aimed at meeting both immediate and long-term revenue objectives.
- Oversee the complete customer journey, guaranteeing high levels of partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Enhance the onboarding experience while providing insights into customer adoption and engagement.
- Establish effective communication protocols between the customer success team and partners.
- Forge and nurture relationships with partner executives to align their goals with our organizational objectives and enhance engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure partner health and advocate for partner needs internally.
- Supervise operational processes using Salesforce, Zapier, and Iterable to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to champion cross-functional initiatives that support revenue growth.
- Create user support materials, FAQs, and process flows to assist partners in navigating new features and services.
- Present clear and impactful monthly business reports to key stakeholders.
- Lead outbound marketing strategies, working with the marketing team to develop B2B campaigns that generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
- Collaborate on performance translations into compelling storytelling for partners in presentations and quarterly business reports.
- Prioritize product enhancements in conjunction with the Product team based on customer feedback.
- Implement renewal action plans to guarantee partner account retention and growth.
- Analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions aimed at enhancing the partner lifecycle and fostering enduring, value-driven relationships.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities emerging from partner requests, collaborating across teams to create innovative solutions.
- Strong expertise in customer success and partner engagement methodologies.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Iterable, Zapier, and other CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret key performance metrics for informed decision-making.
- Experience in designing and executing marketing strategies.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
- A solid track record of success in SaaS or recruiting industries, particularly in driving annual revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for reporting and insights.

Compensation And Benefits
- This is a fully remote position based in the U.S., with occasional travel required.
- Authorized to work in the U.S., with the ability to align work hours with at least 25% of the Pacific Time Zone.
- Competitive salary range: \(120,000 - \)140,000.
