Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate the complexities of the healthcare landscape by engaging with various healthcare portals and databases to ensure precise data entry and case processing.
  • Act as an eligibility expert by thoroughly reviewing client information to assess their qualification for specific programs or services.
  • Champion data integrity by preparing, entering, tracking, and documenting client data with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization.
  • Serve as a client advocate, delivering outstanding customer service through timely email responses to client inquiries, addressing their questions and providing updates on case status.
  • Efficiently retrieve and upload medical records from external sources, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate.
