Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls to assist with health insurance enrollment inquiries and eligibility questions.
- Accurately perform data entry while documenting customer interactions in the system.
- Utilize provided resources to assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns.
- Conduct necessary research to deliver effective solutions to customer queries.
- Comply with state and federal regulations to fulfill performance objectives relating to quality assurance, service, and productivity.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
- A minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
- Preferred 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal telephone abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Familiarity with the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) is advantageous.
- A proactive approach towards long-term assignments with a history of stability and commitment in previous roles.
- Colorado residency is a requirement for this remote position.
- Reliable attendance is essential, particularly during the initial 2-3 week training period in a high-volume call center setting.
- Ability to maintain a home office with a stable Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
