Role Description

We are seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team at our Somerset, MA location. In this on-site role, the PMHNP will assess, diagnose, and provide medication management for patients with mental health disorders. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other care providers and support staff to maintain patient care and facilitating the overall wellbeing of patients.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and RN licensure in Massachusetts
• Master's degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specialization
• Certification by ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Experience providing medication management for patients with mental health disorders
• Excellent knowledge of adolescent and adult psychiatry and pharmacology
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, providing excellent patient care and support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Understanding of and commitment to the principles of patient-centered, trauma-informed care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $160.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
