Do you like to assist people? Graceland University has a full-time, 12-month position open for a Tech Support Specialist working alongside the Information Technology Services team.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Maintain user accounts in numerous software applications.
· Administer the department asset management system.
· Collaborate with Information Technology Services team on multiple projects.
· Deliver quality customer service by presenting a personable, positive, and helpful attitude while
resolving most requests within 48 hours.
Minimum Requirements: The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and
organizational skills. The ability to follow detailed processes, independently, with great attention to
detail and accuracy is required. Candidate will need to prioritize tasks and perform within deadlines
while maintaining professional tact and confidentiality. Bachelor's degree and customer service experience or related experience and/or training preferred. The applicant must be willing to undergo background and credit checks.
