Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who will work hard and contribute their talents. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess good communication skills, ability to learn new skills, proficient with Microsoft desktop software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), and demonstrate a commitment to deliver quality service to our customers.
Job responsibilities include: Working with our Business Development Manager to communicate and secure bank and credit union relationships to support our ATM Outsourcing/Managed Services initiatives. B2B Selling with financial institutions, answering inbound calls, initiating outbound sales calls to identify sales opportunities, build customer relations, negotiate contracts, recording customer information into a database, tracking and following up on potential leads.
Requirements
- Excellent phone skills (cold calling) with at least 2 years customer service or sales experience
- Ability to build and advance a pipeline of opportunities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals against an assigned territory quota
- Self-motivated professional, accountable, team-player attitude, with strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence
- Ability to build long-term customer loyalty and provide excellent customer service
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision; self-motivated
- Experience with Financial Institutions a plus
- College education a plus
