What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Henry Hill Oil Services, LLC?

Multi-task, trust worthy, self starter working for executive leadership team. Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Safety and compliance Isnet world, Veriforce, OHSA reports
  • NDIC form 5,15,8. North star date entry
  • Help with AR/AP
  • Insurance health and vehicle (submitting applications to carrier)
  • State forms and renewals
  • Pay roll verification and review
  • Collecting and disturbing task
  • Help build out Excel sheets
  • Might help with DOT and IFTA

Past office experience or willingness to learn is a must. Diverse company with varied responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
