What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Henry Hill Oil Services, LLC?
Multi-task, trust worthy, self starter working for executive leadership team. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Safety and compliance Isnet world, Veriforce, OHSA reports
- NDIC form 5,15,8. North star date entry
- Help with AR/AP
- Insurance health and vehicle (submitting applications to carrier)
- State forms and renewals
- Pay roll verification and review
- Collecting and disturbing task
- Help build out Excel sheets
- Might help with DOT and IFTA
Past office experience or willingness to learn is a must. Diverse company with varied responsibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
