Key Responsibilities
- Office Management:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Check and respond to voicemail messages promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, including light cleaning duties (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, etc).
- Manage office trash removal and coordinate office supplies as needed.
- On call responsibility
- Supportive Duties:
- Assist the Human Resources team with CarePro engagement initiatives.
- Communicate client and CarePro concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate and support shift coverage in the field when required.
- Ensure all Home Instead standards are met and upheld.
- Administrative Excellence:
- Handle service inquiry calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate staff.
- Facilitate introductions between clients and CarePros.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with leadership, colleagues, and CarePros.
- Commitment to Team Success:
- Exhibit consistent attendance and reliability to support your team.
- Work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with the senior care industry is preferred.
