Private family looking hire a Live-In Nanny/House-Manager in Maui, Hawaii!
The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a well rounded individual. They are looking someone who can engage their children through fun activities creating an enriching environment as well as a nourishing one. They want someone who can plan outings, activities, crafts, play fun games, etc. The primary care will be for their 8 month old son, while their 3 year old daughter is in daycare until 4:30PM. The position will be a typical 45- 50 hours a week. This will include occasional help on the weekends when planned in advanced. A typical schedule will be 7:30AM-6PM 3-4x/ week during the week days. Responsibilities would include childcare, light housework to maintain cleanliness, laundry and preparing meals for the children, as well as a light and easy family dinner on work nights.
What Works Best for Family: Someone who is kind and patient. A candidate who loves being active with children, can play outside in the heat, can swim. MUST be able to swim. They live on the beach with a pool. Someone who is drama free and well seasoned in their nanny career. They would like the candidate to be a self starter, and self sufficient so they don't need to give a lot of direction.
