The expected pay range for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist in Hilo is $19.25 to $22.10 per hour.
HPM Building Supply in Hilo, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support the operations of the branch by maintaining the appearance and the upkeep of the company facilities. The Facilities Maintenance Specialist ensures that our facility is in excellent condition for both employees and customers, keeping the environment safe and free of debris.
The typical schedule for this Facilities Maintenance Specialist position is:
Monday - Friday, 4:00 am - 12:30 pm
Some overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience and knowledge of facilities maintenance is highly preferred
- Two years of related work experience or equivalent
- A valid driver's license is desirable
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
