Description Job Description : As an Event Coordinator at Bold MK, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, including corporate gatherings, social events, and large-scale conferences. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities : Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all details are covered. Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure services and manage logistics. Oversee event budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints. Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of events, ensuring all aspects are well-timed and organized. Supervise event setup and ensure all equipment and materials are in place. Address any issues or changes that arise during events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees. Post-event evaluation and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement of services. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Skills : Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
