Dispatcher/Customer Service

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. They will be asked to dispatch our plumbers to jobs, customer care, answer phones, and perform office duties.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation management, dispatching, and logistics with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to transportation planning and dispatching.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.62 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
