Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Director who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR and payroll programs and services that align with our company’s objectives. You will oversee key areas including recruitment, employee relations / payroll, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy. You will report directly to the executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s culture and future.
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive HR services.
- Develop and execute strategies for talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention to support company growth.
- Oversee performance management processes to drive employee engagement and development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on employee relations, company culture, and organizational structure.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements, updating company policies as necessary.
- Manage and maintain the Paycom (HRIS) system to ensure accurate employment, payroll, and personnel data.
- Supervising the processing of payroll on a bi-weekly basis within the Paycom (HRIS) system and supporting the company’s CFO/executive team in payroll review and approval.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive environment through conflict resolution and proactive engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
- Continuously improve processes related to Paycom (HRIS), recruitment, applicant tracking, employee onboarding, and termination procedures.
- Implement initiatives focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience.

Experience with Paycom software is a plus.

Proven track record of building and leading effective HR programs in a growing organization.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Full-time in-person/office work schedule required.
