Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service
- Strong Computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Demonstrated analytical and computer skills, as well as written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of payroll and benefit processing, regulations and laws, and principles of administration
- Working knowledge of client-server-based data processing environment, including report writer applications
- Demonstrated ability to organize and implement assigned tasks of a technical nature with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications:
- Healthcare Background
- 3 Years of Human Resources experience
- B.S., in Business and/or Human Resources
- Working knowledge of IH compensation and benefit programs
Responsibilities
Performs payroll, benefit, employment, and related clerical and administrative functions for all System employees, in accordance with IH and departmental policies and procedures, to ensure timely, accurate and efficient delivery of pay and benefits. Responds to employee inquiries about programs and policies in a timely and efficient manner.
