Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and service growth.
Duties
- Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person to promote products and services
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing leads
- Provide sales and service support to the sales and service teams by coordinating appointments and maintaining customer databases
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Utilize strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, service, or customer service preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers
- Strong cold calling skills and the ability to handle objections professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
