Come join Intuit as part of our People team as an HR Business Partner for the Strategic Partner Group comprised of three discreet organizations. Intuit’s Professional Tax organization which is focused on marketing, selling and supporting tax compliance and add-on solutions for over 120,000 tax and accounting firms across the US and Canada. These firms provide tax filing services to over 30 million individuals and small businesses, many of whom are also Intuit customers (e.g. users of QuickBooks, Mint, Credit Karma). These firms have a strong desire to help their clients succeed and are critically important to our Intuit mission, and as such have been identified as one of the critical partners that will help us deliver on our mission to Power Prosperity Around the World. The Strategic Enterprise Partnerships organization which is a global central core team for Intuit as it focuses on strategic partnerships with Financial Institutions and Enterprise Partners for all of Intuit’s products. The Corporate Responsibility organization is focused on efforts that reflect Intuit’s mission and values-driven approach to powering prosperity. What you'll bring
- 7-10 years’ experience in a senior HR leadership role partnering with executives
- Strong business acumen— demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business and influence talent and org decisions which impact business outcomes
- Experience building org and talent plans to identify and execute against current and future talent needs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
- Experience designing organizational structures to support business strategy
- Able to assess, diagnose and build leadership and team capabilities, at senior levels with courage
- Proven experience identifying and driving change, and building this capability in others
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to foster and influence an inclusive culture of empathy, transparency, and trust
How you will lead
- Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy to identify the right skills and capabilities of the future. Build and drive a plan to hire, develop and retain the talent needed to deliver the business strategy
- Develop a high performing organization and strong leadership bench
- Proactively identify and drive improvements to large scale organizational effectiveness
- Partner with our central teams to accelerate adoption of HR solutions to drive transformational change, build leadership capability and drive engagement
- Drive improvement in key employee performance metrics, including Employee Engagement, Internal Mobility, Attrition, Manager Capability, and Diversity & Inclusion.
- Drive successful organizational change and help coach leaders and teams to be successful at Change Leadership
- Drive HR/People related Operating Mechanisms, including High Performing Organizational Reviews and the employee engagement survey process
