Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Direct Hire Opportunity!
We are an injection molding manufacturer located in Lake Forest, IL, seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. We are hiring for first shift at $22 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various Accounts Payable (A/P) duties.
- Manage responsibilities for multiple companies.
- Process approved invoice entries accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee the management of Purchase Orders (P.O.s).
- File processed invoices in an organized manner.
- Investigate vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies between P.O.s and invoices as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills (proficiency in accounting software is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet department needs as required.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule:
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 3 days a week (with flexibility on the specific days and times)
- Total Weekly Hours: 24 hours
- Flexibility Requirement: Must be adaptable to meet the department's needs as required.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (required)
Shift Availability:
