It All Adds Up is looking for an energized, enthusiastic, motivated, detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is part-time with possibility of going full-time, if desired.
It All Adds Up is a relationship-based company dedicated to providing peace of mind to business owners by educating them, providing day to day bookkeeping services, as well as implementing processes to help grow their business.
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our clients’ financial records and transactions. This includes maintaining accurate ledgers, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, and producing financial reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all client financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents on a monthly basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payroll, including calculating employee hours, taxes, and deductions.
- Generate and distribute financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and sensitive company data.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred but not required.
