- Oversee the performance and deliverables of HR Generalists and Analysts.
- HR Generalist Functions
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement career development plans for employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- HR Operations
- Collaborate with HR Operations and HR Analysts to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Work closely with hourly staff to address their HR needs and concerns.
- Promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on HR metrics and team performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including team management.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, career development, and labor laws.
- Proven ability to work with diverse employee groups, including hourly staff.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
